We are looking for the next possible date for a

IT - Application Manager (m / f / d)

Your work tasks :

• Application support for our document management system (Veeva)
• Introduction of new processes and further development of existing processes, taking into account applicable national and international legislation and ensuring implementation
• Creation of local specification documents for Veeva Vault and training in the area of responsibility, as well as monitoring of global specification documents and adaptation if necessary
• Support for faults in the system incl. ticketing
• Creation, processing and support for GMP-relevant documentation of assigned processes or systems, including any relevant training in the area of IT, also for audit trail reviews / periodic reviews
• Computer validation system (CSV) of IT infrastructure systems
• Presentation of IT topics to public authorities and customers in German and English
