What you can expect :

• Data handling : Processing of data from social compliance audits (incl. 3rd party audit certificates) and Human Rights questionnaires of HUGO BOSS suppliers worldwide and ensuring data quality
• Data processes : Contributing to further developing the overall data architecture of social compliance data of HUGO BOSS, including web-based tech platforms etc.
• Social audit planning : Support to risk-based planning of social compliance audits, including coordination with external and internal audit bodies
• Corrective Action Plan Handling : Monitoring and analysis of improvement measures from social compliance audits as well as support in escalation processes with suppliers
• Supplier performance and reporting process : Support with annual reporting, Key Performance Indicators and vendor performance assessments (vendor rating)
• Concepts and handbooks : Conceptional development of processes for social compliance and their implementation in existing tools or handbooks
