Finance Business Partner (m / f / d)

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams to provide real-time, data-driven financial insights that shape key business decisions. Acting as the vital link between finance and operations, you will translate complex financial data into actionable strategies that foster growth, profitability and the achievement of sustainable business goals.

Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the CFO and business leaders to align financial planning with our corporate strategy.
• Act as a strategic partner for management and other departments on financial and performance-related topics with presentation of relevant analyses, recommendations and making financial insights accessible to non-financial stakeholders.
• Lead and enhance financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and the development of business-controlling models.
• Proactively challenge and advise decisions using robust commercial and strategic analysis.
• Monitor, analyze and manage company financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Prepare in the collaboration within the accounting department monthly, quarterly and annual closings including elaboration of management reports and business analyses (including KPIs and commentary).
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, metrics, and analytical tools.
• Support implementation of group-wide finance projects and further development of reporting tools (including migration to SAP S / 4 Hana).
• Contribute to the digitalization and automation of financial processes.
• Act as one of the points of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and internal audit.
• Drive effective investment oversight by reviewing and updating the CapEx list regularly.
