We are looking for ahighly experienced Employment Lawyer to join a leading organisationin Germany.

This crucial rolerequires the development of effective policies that facilitateseamless operations for our client, whilst remaining compliant atboth local and internationalscales.

Location : North EastGermany

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Overseeand manage a team of legal specialists, working in partnership withHuman Resources and Governance teams across variousregions.
  • Provide strategic advice on individualand collective labour law, ensuring adherence to relevantemployment regulations.
  • Assist Human Resourcesin upholding legal compliance for daily operations and complexinitiatives.
  • Advise senior management on legalmatters related to policies, restructuring, and significantcorporate transactions.
  • Manage litigationconcerning employment issues and engage with employeerepresentatives on labour relationsmatters.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance legalprocesses and coordinate projects across multiplejurisdictions.

Qualifications :

  • Fullyqualified to practise law in Germany, with a minimum of 8 years’experience in labour and social securitylaw.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advising oninternational and cross-border legalissues.
  • Strong leadership skills, with fluencyin English and a background in managing legalteams.
  • A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset,with the ability to deliver timelysolutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills,adept at explaining complex legal concepts to a diverseaudience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment, effectively managing multiple projects and stakeholderrelationships.
