Video Producer & Motion Designer (m / f / x)

Missions :

  • You will lead the production & post-production of best-in-class social-first video content. As the driving force behind our social media video content, you'll play a vital role in showcasing our concert hall through engaging content that inspires and entertains our audience – both musical connoisseurs and cultural explorers
  • As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of all our digital content
  • Your responsibilities will span creative pre-production, filming, editing and post-production, ensuring all content is on-brand, high-quality, and aligned with our creative vision

Profil :

  • Proven track record in producing high-quality video content for social media platforms (3+ years)
  • Excellent knowledge of the full Adobe suite is a requirement (PremierePro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) as well as knowledge of color grading and handling of various video formats
  • Knowledge of the operation of mirrorless cameras (Lumix GH5 / 7), microphones and lights, as well as the basic principles of interview set-ups, framing and video editing.
  • Proactive with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to manage internal teams, stakeholders and artists
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Creative and imaginative, independent and proactive
  • Proficiency in French and English, knowledge of German and Luxembourgish is a plus
  • Musical background would be considered a valuable asset.
