Key responsibilities

Within shipping and logistics pro-active communication and information flow towards our customers is the key in ensuring transparency end-to-end.

  • As our LCL (less than container load) delivery team associate, you will be responsible for a smooth end to end shipment process.
  • You will monitor all outgoing cargo for your customers, answering customer requests via email, by phone or chat.
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers which makes you the face (or voice of the company.
  • You like to go the extra mile to make our customers happy and build strong relationship with them.
  • Finding out-of-the box solutions that improve the supply chain of your customers.

  • You have experience within the shipping and logistics industry (especially Export business) and Incoterms don’t scare you

  • You are motivated to help growing the level of customer service
  • You are an empathetic person who is an excellent communicator, relating well to all kinds of people.
  • You are fluent in German and English
