Quality manager
Head Quality Management for an innovative start up, developing and manufacturing packaging for the metal beverage can industry.
The position is reporting directly to the CEO. Direct leadership of QA & QM departments.
Goals / objectives of the position
Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) of the Company & support the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) of the company.
Core tasks of the position
- Manage the Relationship to the key Supplier(s) and Customers.
- Support all activities (Operation, R&D, Sales, Projects) with the perspective of Quality Management.
- Implement and maintain an auditable Quality Management System according to the requirements of the ISO
9001 / FSSC 22000 including a readiness audit (dry run)

Responsible for :
Support an efficiently organised Company including :
- QMS including certification and auditing
- Supporting" knowledge based" decision making
- Supporting a good structure for information flow and alignment of objectives
- Vendor management (Together with the purchasing department)
- QA and QC tasks like dealing with Nonconformances, Corrective actions, Supplier corrective actions, Complaints
- Supporting the financial demands by the tasks defined above
- Compliance Management
