Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (m/f/x)

As part of the Straumann Group, the world's leading provider in the field of implant-supported and restorative prosthetics, we at etkon GmbH develop and produce high-quality dental prostheses using state-of-the-art CADCAM technologies.

Etkon GmbH produces at the Markkleeberg site near Leipzig, while our development site is located in Gräfelfing near Munich.

The aim of the Straumann Group is to improve the well-being of millions of people by developing innovative products in dentistry.

To this end, we develop, manufacture and supply dental implants, transparent splints for tooth correction, CADCAM prosthetics and biomaterials for use in aesthetic dentistry, for tooth replacement and restoration solutions or to prevent tooth loss and much more.

What we are looking for :

• Development of data processing solutions in the CADCAM environment Software solutions for mass processing of (3D) order data
• Automation of CADCAM production processes
• Development of database-supported logistics processes and workflows
• Definition of interfaces to various IT systems and CNC production machines and partners (e.g. via web services)
• Intranet applications to support production control
• Analysis and technical clarification of project requirements with internal and external partners.
• Gathering detailed requirements from specialist departments and creating specifications for IT solutions
• Project processing / project coordination / project management
• Software validation and documentation (creation and review of SW concepts, implementation plans and test scenarios)
• Description and modeling of process changes and database structures, definition of master data, change management
• Preparation of cost estimates

What you should bring with you :

• Completed technical studies, training as an IT specialist or comparable training or professional experience
• Experience in the field of software requirement engineering
• Experience in programming and database modeling
• Knowledge of merchandise management processes (e.g. SAP) is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills goal- and solution-oriented and independent way of working
