Be part of a young and dynamic team of 12 colleagues and shape the future growth of Hellmann Worldwide Logistics at first hand. You will work intensively on exciting national and international acquisitions and support the respective processing. Every day you will face the new challenges that an acquisition brings with it and take on responsible tasks such as market and company analysis as well as company valuation. Your tasks :

  • Participation in the implementation of national and international transactions in the area of company acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures.
  • Support in the implementation of company valuations according to the recognised and customary valuation methods (DCF / Multiples)
  • Preparation of decision documents for the management
  • Collaboration in the implementation of screening projects
  • Active cooperation in portfolio, key figure, market and competition analyses

Your profile :

  • Degree in economics, law, engineering or natural sciences (4th semester or higher).
  • Ideally, first practical experience, e.g. in the context of internships in industry, management consultancy or investment bank
  • Interest in financial issues
  • Sound analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Independent, responsible working style combined with very good English skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) round off your profile
