Your tasks :
- Participation in the implementation of national and international transactions in the area of company acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures.
- Support in the implementation of company valuations according to the recognised and customary valuation methods (DCF / Multiples)
- Preparation of decision documents for the management
- Collaboration in the implementation of screening projects
- Active cooperation in portfolio, key figure, market and competition analyses
Your profile :
