Kepler Search is currently supporting a very well established financial institution in Luxembourg in their search for a Tax Compliance manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for tax obligations, improving tax efficiency and minimising risks.

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Handle a client portfolio and supervise the end-to-end process of direct tax return preparation, review, and submission in line with local regulations.
• Maintain precision in tax reporting and documentation.
• Interpret tax regulations to uncover potential efficiencies and planning opportunities.
• Liaise with tax authorities during audits, inquiries, and compliance reviews.
• Guide and support junior team members in their professional development.
• Identify and manage tax-related risks affecting the organization.

Skills Required:

• Background in a Big Four accounting or consulting firm, within the last 2 years.
• Minimum of 6 years experience working within Tax Compliance
• Ability to work within a team and also work independently
• Strong command of spoken and written English, any other language would be considered an asset

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Luxembourg
• 6+ years of work experience with Tax Compliance
