Your impact in this position :

As Senior Frontend Developer (f / m / d) , it is your mission to ensure that the aedifion platform enables self-use through user-friendly, scalable frontend solutions and empowers customers to use complex features independently. You connect technical excellence with user-centered design and contribute significantly to making our SaaS platform improve building energy efficiency worldwide while sustainably increasing customer satisfaction.

What you can expect :

• Independent Feature Development : Develop features from requirements analysis through implementation to deployment – in a cross-functional team that supports you and values your ideas.
• User-Centered Design : Create intuitive interfaces that hide technical complexity and make people's daily work easier through close collaboration with design, iterative improvement, and genuine understanding of user needs.
• Technical Excellence with Purpose : Systematically optimize performance, loading times, and user experience  with modern tools, best practices, and the knowledge that your work directly contributes to CO₂ reduction.
• Modern Technologies : Work with Vue.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, transform Figma designs into responsive UI components, and continuously develop your skills  with time and space for learning and experimentation.
• Quality & Sustainability : Establish testing standards with Jest / Vitest and Cypress, create maintainable code, and contribute to a culture where quality and long-term solutions matter.
• Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration : Share your knowledge within the team, learn from others, and grow together, through mentoring, code reviews, and an open feedback culture at eye level.
• Creative Freedom : Bring your perspective, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and actively shape frontend architecture and development processes, your voice matters.
