- Define and implement QA processes and methodologies as part of the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) framework alongside Engagement Partners and Quality Assurance Partners to ensure high-quality deliverables for large-scale client projects
- Orchestrate Quality Assurance (QA) activities across all phases (from opportunity qualification to engagement closure) of the highest-risk and largest client project implementations
- Establish and maintain quality standards and risk metrics to monitor and ensure project compliance and success
- In collaboration with Engagement Partners and Quality Assurance Partners, identify, assess, and propose recommendations to mitigate risks associated with project quality and performance in large client engagements
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented recommendations to ensure continuous improvement and address any potential issues promptly
- Prepare and deliver detailed quality and risk review reports across all phases (from opportunity qualification to engagement closure) through thorough project documentation review of the highest-risk and largest client project implementations, as agreed with key stakeholders and potentially clients
- Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive continuous improvement and client satisfaction
- Provide training to team members on QA best practices and methodologies tailored to large client projects
- Participate in annual risk assessments and develop strategies to address identified risks in the context of large client projects
