Who we are looking for...

You are a passionate host and always keep an overview even in the hustle and bustle of a hectic hotel day. You understand exactly what makes our guests tick what they want and how we can inspire them. You structure your shift are familiar with the systems and always support your colleagues when challenges arise. You also take on projects on your own responsibility and work closely with the front office management.

What your responsibilities are...

• You manage the shift procedures and keep the overview at the reception desk

• Check-in and check-out are easy for you

• You control the compliance with the processes support the team and optimize the processes in consultation with the FO management

• You train new employees and trainees

• You take over your own projects

• You are always thinking of new ways to inspire our guests - always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals brand standards and revenue targets

• You are responsible for the smooth stay of our guests - from the moment of arrival to departure and beyond.

• You are no stranger to social media and regularly provide content for our marketing team.

• You already have at least 2 years of experience as a front office employee in an upscale hotel

• You want more responsibility and have already gained experience in managing a shift

• Your creativity and willingness to implement your ideas is accompanied by your great sense of what guests want

• Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards show in everything you do

• You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills

• Your winning appearance your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality

• Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day
