About Us :

We are looking for experienced Lead Developers (C# and C++) to take charge of guiding teams, fostering collaboration, and driving architectural excellence. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating between teams, mentoring developers, and ensuring seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate activities across 5 SCRUM teams while collaborating with other Lead Developers.
  • Design and implement architectural solutions for SCRUM frameworks, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing both technical and personal guidance.
  • Support Product Owners in achieving their goals and resolving challenges.
  • Oversee automation in manufacturing, focusing on platform reuse and optimization.
  • Facilitate the identification and resolution of bugs, teaching best practices to the team.
  • Act as a coach, bringing the team together and maintaining the "heartbeat" of the group.
  • Address security concerns as a "nice-to-have" skill.

Required Qualifications :

For Lead Developer (C#) :

  • Strong technical leadership in app landscape and architectural design.
  • Experience in automation for manufacturing and general SCRUM architecture.
  • Familiarity with mentoring and guiding diverse teams.

    • For Lead Developer (C++) :

  • Advanced knowledge of C++ development and team management.
  • Similar leadership and technical coordination skills.
  • Proven experience in large corporations and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to set up roadmaps and strategies to look into the future.
