Do you want to take marketing into your own hands drive campaigns and manage projects independently As a Marketing Specialist (m / f / d) you are at the heart of our marketing activities bringing ideas to life creating engaging materials and ensuring seamless execution across all channels and teams.

To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Gronau we are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist (m / f / d ). The position is available for 32-40 hours a week.

Your role

As a Marketing Specialist (m / f / d) you play a central role in our marketing operations and a crucial role in supporting our sales department. Because of this you will be reporting directly to our Head of Sales. You ensure that all marketing activities are well-coordinated and maintain an overview of ongoing projects. You coordinate between internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered consistently and to a high standard.

Your key responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Create marketing materials (flyers brochures presentations social media content)
• Coordinate and liaise with external agencies and service providers
• Plan and organize marketing events and related promotional materials
• Analyze reports and prepare relevant key figures in a structured manner
• Support and implement employer & company branding initiatives
• Take responsibility for all administrative and organizational marketing tasks
