A fantastic opportunity with a key client in theIndustrial Manufacturingspace.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsiblefor the end-to-end S2P (Source-to-Pay) workstream as well as thesuccessful implementation and definition of processes, processtransformations, change management and technologyinitiatives.
  • Selecting suitable IT systems andimplementing them to increase efficiency andautomation.
  • Lead several projects as part ofthe S2P workstream.
  • Responsible for optimizingprocurement processes through “modern”eProcurement.
  • Integrate and implement targetprocesses at new or acquiredlocations.
  • Support, develop and coordinate keyperformance indicators and process performance indicators inconnection with business processchanges.
  • Responsible for the ongoing analysis,implementation, execution and monitoring of procurementprocesses.
  • Development of the global purchasingorganization with a focus on the purchasing / corporate strategy andthe derivation of common global goals in relation to processes,systems and projects in the S2P area.
  • Workingwith the purchasing management team and other members of theoperations management team to develop and implement S2Pinitiatives, reduce transaction costs and increase efficiencywithin thecompany.

Qualifications :

  • Relevantexperience in process management, SCM / Procurement Excellence,Business Process Lead S2P or in a similar role in an internationalmatrix environment - design and implementation of source-to-payprocesses, systems and globally orientedworkflows.
  • Extensive knowledge of source-to-paytechnologies and tools such as eSourcing, eProcurement, contractmanagement and supplier relationship management systems, preferablywith iVALUA.
  • Passionate and a strongunderstanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes, includingstrategic sourcing, supplier management and payment processes in arapidly growing environment.
  • Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills combined to identify processinefficiencies and develop innovative solutions for the successfulestablishment of the new S2P system, with a focus on globalalignment and cross-functionalcollaboration.
  • Strong project management skillsto prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in aglobal matrix organization.
