Job title : Head of HR
I am currently collaborating with one of my clients in need of an experienced Head of HR to setup
their HR team on an interim / freelance basis on their new plant.
Location : Brake, Germany
Position Type : Interim (Full-time)
Work Schedule : 5 Days a Week (On-site)
Languages : German fluency
Start Date : Mid November
Main Responsibilities :
- HR Department Setup : Lead the creation of an HR function for a plant with over 100 employees , ensuring compliance with German labor laws.
- Compliance & Legal : Ensure adherence to German labor laws , contracts, union regulations, and employee grievance management.
- Employee Relations : Act as a primary contact for employees, managing disciplinary issues and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Management : Handle recruitment , onboarding , and employee development .
- Performance Management : Implement performance review systems and support managers in setting expectations and providing feedback.
- Training & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
- Health & Safety : Ensure workplace safety compliance and promote employee well-being.
Key Skillsets :
