What you bring to the table

• A degree in computer science or at least three years of training in the IT field.
• Relevant professional experience with leadership experience.
• Experience in networking (switching, routing, proxy firewall, LDAP) and connecting external locations (WAN, VPN, MPLS, VoIP).
• Knowledge of server and storage environments (cloud, server and storage virtualization, backup)
• Experience in project planning and management
• Expertise in various IT platforms and IT operating systems
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Confident manner, negotiating skills, and a high sense of responsibility
• Resilience, commitment, and decisiveness
• The ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and implement them consistently
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Class B driver's license
