I am exclusively partnered with a Global powerhouse in the manufacturing industry who are searching for a Sales Manager to be based in Germany. There is a gap currently within the team for someone who is a real specialist in Business Development & customer management. If this sounds like a gap that you can fill, please read below!

Responsibilities

Spearhead Development of non automotive industries (Off highway)
Multifunctional international collaboration between internal divisions
Development of Roadmap / Strategy within the relevant industries
Creation of Key Accounts & responsibility to grow your own team
To be the 'expert' inside the business & the go to contact for the customers

What makes you a good fit?

Sales / technical sales experience within the "off-highway" industry (regional scope as a minimum)

3+ years' of sales / Key Account Management experience within the off highway industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexibility to travel to new customers

Exceptional market knowledge & a strong network within the Industry.

Strong & confident Sales approach, this person needs to join & hit the ground running!
