Your Mission

As a (Senior) BI Analyst / Analytics Engineer , you’ll play a vital role in building a robust data environment, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and actionable insights. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions that drive business growth and customer success.

What You’ll Do

  • Data Modeling & DWH Development – Design, develop, and enhance our data warehouse using Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional modeling , turning raw data into meaningful insights.
  • Reporting & Dashboards – Own company-wide reporting in Tableau , creating dynamic dashboards and enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Consulting – Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations , helping shape strategic initiatives.
  • Process Optimisation – Collaborate with BI and data teams to automate, streamline, and optimise internal processes , ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Flexible & Remote Work – Work up to 95% remotely from anywhere in Germany, with a monthly team day in our modern Düsseldorf office.

What You Bring

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in BI, data analytics, or analytics engineering , ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in SQL and experience with ETL / ELT tools .
  • Hands-on experience with data modeling and frameworks like Data Vault 2.0 .
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other BI tools .
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Fluent English skills and German skills at least B2 level (you will work in German).
