Precision for Medicine are hiring a Biorepository Technician based on site in Berlin.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to :

• Monitoring of freezers
• Receiving biological samples
• Inventory of Frozen Biological Samples
• Retrieve Frozen Samples from Inventory
• Performing annual competency assessments for Repository staff
• Label vials and shipping boxes
• Perform dry shipper Coordinate Repository Equipment preventative maintenance
• Keep current on IATA Shipping Regulations and maintain certification and standards

Key Requirements :

The Biorepository Technician must perform with a high degree of accuracy and quality with a variety of laboratory-related activities including cryopreservation of biological samples that arrive daily in the repository. Candidates must be a flexible team player who can change directions quickly and respond to a variety of Repository needs. Suitable experience will include working within logistics within the clinical industry, inventory systems, biological background and have experience working with equipment.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Germany without requiring sponsorship and be able to communicate effectively in English.
