Corporate Officer – Evolution Perspectives, Close-knit team

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – Finance – PFS – Fiduciary – CoSec - Fund

You will manage a portfolio of private equity and private debt clients, from constitution to dissolution .
You will be responsible for organizing board meetings and drafting the minutes .
You will oversee transactions to ensure everything proceeds smoothly.
You will provide necessary documents, manage annual account approvals , and handle payments for your clients.
It may be asked you to draft different legal documentation such as agreements, resolutions or contracts.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – Finance – PFS – Fiduciary – CoSec - Fund

You have between 2 and 4 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment (PFS, Fiduciary, Asset Manager) in Luxembourg, which will help you adapt comfortably to your new position.

Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with third parties, clients, and colleagues.

To effectively manage your portfolio, you are familiar with AIFs in Private Debt, Private Equity, and / or Real Estate.

Aligned with the company’s culture, you are a team player who is eager to grow alongside the team.

To meet deadlines and excel in your role, you consider yourself proactive and organized .

You will earn a salary of up to €60,000 gross per year , ensuring a good standard of living.
