Marketing Manager for Germany, EMEA Central
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager for Germany, focused on EMEA Central, to join our client's team in Munich. This position is ideal for a professional seeking to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company within an international environment.
Your Impact :
- Develop and Implement Regional Plans : Strategize and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives and Go-to-Market (GTM) priorities for the German market.
- Event Planning and Hosting : Organize impactful online and offline events to generate new sales opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Campaign Execution : Lead the development and implementation of successful marketing campaigns.
- Data and Insights Analysis : Provide essential data and insights to support strategic accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Budget Management : Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring wise allocation of funds and meeting quarterly and annual targets.
- Project Management : Effectively prioritize and handle multiple projects, meeting deadlines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
Your Experience :
Field Marketing Expertise : At least 5 years of relevant experience in field marketing, with a proven track record in executing demand generation programs.Comprehensive Knowledge : Solid understanding of business and GTM strategy, capable of effectively articulating these aspects.Strong Communication Skills : Excellent skills in conveying complex ideas and data to a variety of audiences in different formats.Business Acumen : In-depth understanding of business management, operations, and financial principles.Influential Leadership : Ability to build trusted relationships and offer consultative input to senior sales leaders.Project Management Proficiency : Demonstrated skills in managing channel marketing campaigns and understanding best practices.Your Attributes :
