Requirements
Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration, studied computer science or similar specialist qualification
Good technical IT understanding (Windows Server, Active Directory, .NET, IIS)
Good database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud Storage)
Experience with medium and large-sized IT projects (at least 2 years)
Experience in agile software development (Scrum) desirable
Very good knowledge of German (C2 level)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fun to learn new things about products and services
Tasks Responsibilities
Planning, organizing and controlling projects
Customer training (on site / digital)
Testing documentation of errors / developments
Hardware, software, system network administration and firewalls
Administration of VoIP telephony
Research and procurement of hardware and peripherals
Support and elimination of disruptions to the network and server infrastructure
