At our location in Eppingen we are looking to strengthen our management team with immediate effect for a
Head of Finance & Administration
Your tasks :
- Management and further development of the finance and nonadministrative departments (accounting, invoicing, controlling, IT, HR & office staff) with a direct reporting line to the Managing Director of the entity
- Interface and close cooperation with Shared Service Accounting
- optimizing the business results by continuous analysis and improvements
- Optimization and digitalization of processes and co-design of new structures in the administrative departments
- Contract management incl. follow-up, conducting negotiations
- Contact person for tax consultants, auditors and authorities
- Responsible for an experienced team of approx. 15 employees
Your profile :
- A successfully completed degree in economics with a focus on finance, controlling or a similar field
- Several years of management experience in a comparable position
- Analytical mindset and strong affinity for numbers with a high focus on results
- Ability to work together in a team-oriented environment
- High level of commitment and assertiveness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills in German and English
