- Education : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience and Knowledge : several years of experience as a trainer or educator; experience in the HVAC industry is a plus proficiency in using training tools and software such as PowerPoint as well as video conferencing platforms; experience in developing elearning content and online training modules is preferred
- Personality and Working Practice : thanks to your excellent written and verbal communication skills you can easily present things and speak in public; your are able to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear as well as concise manner and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced as well as dynamic environment
- Work Routine : willingness to travel internationally
- Enthusiasm : readiness to support on additional tasks inside the department
- Languages : very good in English is a must; German and additional languages are a plus
