Be a part of our Team and develop as well as deliver advanced training programs on air conditioning systems including product features installation maintenance troubleshooting and repair.

You conduct deep dive handson training sessions workshops and seminars for product managers regional trainers field technicians sales teams as well as partners.

Furthermore you create and update training materials as well as presentations to ensure they are current and in relevant alignment with the business unit product portfolio as well as strategy.

You assess the training needs of different regions and customize training programs accordingly.

Also you evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback and performance metrics.

Of course you stay updated with the latest advancements in air conditioning technology and incorporate them into training programs.

In addition you provide technical support as well as guidance to trainees before during and after training sessions based on high complex engineering level real cases in field (3rd level) and support on relevant technical including the creation and setup of spare parts lists.

You collaborate closely with product development teams product owners and suppliers to understand new products as well as features and integrate them into training content.

As a international product trainer you maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities as well as outcomes.

Last but not least you ensure compliance with safety standards as well as regulations during training sessions

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience and Knowledge : several years of experience as a trainer or educator; experience in the HVAC industry is a plus proficiency in using training tools and software such as PowerPoint as well as video conferencing platforms; experience in developing elearning content and online training modules is preferred
Personality and Working Practice : thanks to your excellent written and verbal communication skills you can easily present things and speak in public; your are able to understand and explain complex technical concepts in a clear as well as concise manner and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced as well as dynamic environment
Work Routine : willingness to travel internationally
Enthusiasm : readiness to support on additional tasks inside the department
Languages : very good in English is a must; German and additional languages are a plus
