Our client is an international company delivering premium support for their customers across Europe. To enhance our multilingual Customer Support team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a dedicated, empathetic person who is fluent in French, German, and English to help their customers get the best possible experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in French, German, and English.
- Troubleshoot issues, escalate when necessary, and ensure high satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on open cases.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to provide customer insights and improve processes.
- Meet KPIs: response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and other quality metrics.
- Occasionally support onboarding, FAQ updates, and localized content for French- and German-speaking customers.
Your Profile
- Native or business-fluent in French and German, with excellent command of English.
- Strong communication skills: clarity, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience (1-2 years or more) in customer support, ideally in a multilingual/international setting.
- Comfortable handling multiple channels (phone, email, chat) and working with tools like CRM/ticketing systems.
- High attention to detail, ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize.
