You are an Executive Director level candidate with significant leadership credentials who will be integral to leading the Capital Production team, developing all Capital related reporting for . Morgan SE and managing a team of 25 individuals across 3 locations. You will report directly to the CFO for . Morgan SE and act as their strategic advisor, responsible for developing and delivering key initiatives.
Job Summary
As the Head of Capital Production within the Finance team at . Morgan SE, you will play a pivotal role in defining our strategic direction. This dynamic position offers a unique chance to interact directly with senior executives, enabling you to shape the operating model. Your duties will encompass nurturing robust collaborations with a variety of global Lines of Business and establishing firm relationships with crucial partners such as Compliance, Risk and other regional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for . Morgan SE prudential regulatory reporting to European Central Bank (ECB), BaFin and Bundesbank covering inter alia Common Reporting Framework (Corep), Leverage Ratio, Large Exposure & Intragroup Waiver, FRTB, Pillar III, STE, Million Loans, Liquidity Reporting (ALMM, LCR, NSFR), MREL, Anacredit, Basel 3 monitoring, EdB and Bankintsatz
- Responsible for any reporting utilizing production data such as ICAAP, Stress Test, Benchmarking
- Responsible for . Morgan SE oversight of Capital reporting system development, currently focusing on coordination of BAU testing for Basel 3.1 implementation
- Manage a team of 25 employees across 3 locations (Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Poland) with further support from 11 employees based in India
- Chair of . Morgan SE Capital Management Forum, co chair JPMSE FRTB forum interacting with Lines of Business and Risk
