We are currently looking for a Business Analyst SAP for one of our clients prominent in the manufacturing sector!

The Business Analyst will be responsible for the following services :

  • Identification and mitigation of potential technology-related risks.
  • Compliance with industry standards and client regulations.
  • Conducting business process analyses and evaluating current technological

infrastructure.

  • Recommending and implementing improvements based on analyses.
  • Creation and adaptation of technical documents, such as rough concepts, detailed

    • technical concepts, use cases, and user stories, specifically for the SAP ISI process.

    Managing and leading IT sub-projects from planning to completion.

  • Cooperation with stakeholders within the client’s organization to ensure that activities

    • align with business objectives.

  • Moderation of meetings with stakeholders, including project meetings and requirements

    • workshops.

  • Presentation of project results.
  • Evaluation and recommendation of new technology solutions (hardware and software).
  • Development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

    • Mandatory :

  • At least 3 years of work experience in the IT maintenance context within a

    • railway company, particularly using SAP PM and related modules.

  • Project references for at least 2 projects in the maintenance of vehicles for a

    • railway company where similar requirements were implemented.

  • Project references for at least 3 projects involving the review, further

    • development, and new development of business processes or corresponding

    technological infrastructure.

  • Experience in strategic consulting in projects and topics comparable to those

    • described above, with complex architectures and practical experience in

    managing conception or consulting projects with heterogeneous stakeholders

    up to the management level.

  • At least B2 level German and English

    • Knowledge :

  • Very good knowledge of the SAP system landscape, particularly in the area of

    • vehicle maintenance within a railway company.

  • Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, particularly in

    • creating and adapting technical documents.

  • Basic understanding of SAP S / 4 Hana.
  • Prince-2 practical experience or relevant certifications.

    • Desirable (Should) :

  • Evidence of further education or training in SAP S / 4 Hana.
  • Experience in moderation and communication, particularly in leading meetings

    • with decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Additional project references that demonstrate the above competencies.
