StellenbeschreibungResponsible for leading a small team from the various areas of the Finance department Strategic management of our accounting and finance department Responsible for the timely completion of financial statements (HGB & IFRS) Development of budget and forecast plans In-depth analysis and targeted planning of our liquidity and profitability Active cost management and steering Detailed cash flow forecasting, focusing on the working capital cycle Identification, assessment, and management of financial risks, including exchange rate risk, credit risk, interest rate risk, and fraud Ensuring compliance with international tax regulations, VAT management, and optimizing tax liabilities Act as a trusted contact person for auditors, banks, tax consultants, and colleagues Degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting, financial reporting, business administration, finance & management, or equivalent Ideally, you are a certified accountant (in German “Bilanzbuchhalter (all genders)”) or hold a comparable qualification Min. 8 years of professional and management experience in a comparable role - ideally in the tourism industry Experience in the digitalization and automation of processes Ability to work independently and in a structured manner Business fluency in German and English Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel Impressive communication and moderation skills, very good analytical skills, and a high degree of assertiveness and enthusiasm Strong leadership skills
