Responsibilities

• Lead and support client proposals and discussions on process excellence.
• Design and implement customized process / digital strategies and transformations for clients.
• Develop and expand client relationships and a client network.
• Collaborate closely with company executives in supply chain and operations, as well as Accenture leaders and team members.
• Assume increasing responsibility for colleagues and projects in an international context.

Qualifications

• Above-average university degree (all disciplines)
• At least two years of professional experience in strategy consulting or a strategic role within an industrial company, either domestically or abroad
• Interest in process and digitalization topics and their integration into business strategy
• Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to analyze and identify improvement potentials from the customer's perspective (ideally focusing on one or more of the following : process analysis, design and optimization (e.

g., Lean / Lean Six Sigma methodologies), business process management, process mining, intelligent automation and AI solutions, business and digital strategy, operating model design)
