To further accelerate our growth and enhance user engagement were looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to architect and develop a robust BackendforFrontend (BFF) using Kotlin. This backend will drive automation and composition of personalized dynamic landing pages seamlessly integrated with our Reactbased frontend.

Design develop and maintain a scalable BackendforFrontend (BFF) service using Kotlin ensuring fast and reliable composition of automated landing pages.

Collaborate closely with frontend engineers (React) product managers and UI / UX designers to deliver seamless endtoend solutions.

Lead the implementation of marketing automation features leveraging datadriven insights for personalization targeted user experiences and effective A / B testing.

Continuously improve our systems by refactoring and decoupling existing components to enhance scalability maintainability and performance.

Operate confidently in a cloudfirst environment (AWS) with strong adherence to APIdriven development practices.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

5 years of professional experience in full stack development specifically developing scalable backend solutions with Kotlin.

Handson experience building modern frontend applications with React Webpack ES6 and CSS preprocessors (e.g. LESS or similar).

Proven expertise in designing and implementing BackendforFrontend (BFF) solutions or similar architectural patterns.

At Zalando Lounge you own your solutions endtoend : build it deploy it optimize it and continuously enhance it.

Strong experience or willingness to engage deeply with AWS Kubernetes CI / CD and infrastructure automation.

A proactive businessoriented mindset with a strong commitment to improving user experiences through effective software solutions.

Excellent teamwork skills ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders and passion for sharing best practices within the team.
