David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Senior Supervisor Payroll to join their team inOsnabrck Germany.
Position : Senior Supervisor Payroll
Work model and location : Onsite in Osnabrck Germany
Employment type : Fulltime
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members addressing complex operational or policyrelated issues and collaborating with the Payroll Manager to develop effective solutions
- Lead initiatives aimed at process optimization establishing standards for new processes
- Independently manage and ensure the timely execution of payroll activities
- Oversee the administrative aspects of personnelrelated actions such as contract modifications new hires and terminations
- Provide support to departments and employees on matters related to tax and social security law
- Handle various requests from government authorities
- Prepare reports and conduct analysis as needed
