Since 1989, CompuSafe Data Systems AG has been providing customized IT services and IT transformation for corporate customers in long-term, partnership-based business relationships. Our deep understanding of our customers' business needs and processes enables us to provide targeted solutions to their complex challenges.

As part of our IT services and transformation, we provide services along the Consult-Design-Build-Operate-Manage (CD-BOM) value chain. Key areas include project management and support for application and data center operations. Other areas of service and expertise include the replacement of legacy applications and the transition to 5G. We have organized key topics such as ITSM / ServiceNow into practices : Expertise combined with operational excellence.

The central supporting element in all our services is IT workforce transformation. In this way, we also address the problem of the ever-increasing shortage of skilled workers for us and our customers.

• Excel in developing high-quality presentations for board-level communications
• Conducting comprehensive cross-functional analyses of IT Infrastructure and Application topics, and adjusting Power BI reporting for optimal program performance
• Performing quick data analysis to address ad-hoc requests and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Collaborate within in IT across infrastructure and applications teams to accurately depict program status and develop strategic directions
• Understand and refine existing Power BI reports to meet evolving program needs and data center metrics
• Craft new PowerBI reports based on program needs and available data sources
• Draft and create ad-hoc data analytics to support data-driven decision processes
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure a timely and frictionless completion
• Moderation of status calls and management reviews
• Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within cloud landing zones, data center environments or application migration projects
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI, with strong ability to create executive-level presentations and reports
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and interpreting large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud migration projects is advantageous
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and operational processes a plus
• Experience on using large language models and AI tools like co-pilot a plus
