UX/UI Designer / Product Designer (m/f/d)

To further elevate our digital presence and customer experience, we’re looking for a UX/UI Designer / Product Designer (m/f/d) who combines strong design fundamentals with curiosity for modern AI based design workflows and who wants to shape how intelligent communication products feel and work.

Aufgaben

As a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer, you will join our Digital and Growth Team and help define how users experience Placetel across all touchpoints. You will design intuitive and high quality interfaces for complex products while exploring how AI tools can support ideation, prototyping, and execution without replacing thoughtful design decisions.

Your mission is to create clarity, usability, and confidence across the customer journey, from the first interaction to daily product use.

Your key responsibilities:

• Shape intuitive and visually strong user experiences across our websites, product interfaces, and digital self service journeys
• Turn complex requirements into clear, elegant UX and UI solutions that feel simple and natural to use
• Design user flows, wireframes, high fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes, grounded in strong design expertise and enhanced by AI supported workflows to explore ideas, test assumptions, and align teams
• Continuously improve existing experiences with a strong sense for usability, accessibility, performance, and visual quality
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and marketing to bring concepts from idea to high quality implementation
• Help evolve our design system and ensure a consistent look and feel across all digital touchpoints
• Use modern AI based design tools as part of your workflow to speed up exploration, iteration, and creative problem solving where it makes sense

Qualifikation

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and measurable impact
• A genuine love for good design and a sharp eye for visual quality, details, and thoughtful interaction
• The ability to turn complex product requirements into clear, elegant, and well crafted design solutions
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI based design tools, with the motivation to explore them deeply and integrate them into your daily design process
• Enjoyment of experimenting with new workflows such as vibe coding, rapid prototyping, and AI assisted exploration to bring ideas to life faster
• Confidence using modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, paired with a strong sense for visual consistency and craft
• A reflective mindset that values feedback, user insights, and collaboration as part of great design work
• Fluent German and the ability to communicate clearly in English within an international team
• A self driven and responsible way of working, with ownership for your designs and pride in their implementation
