Shift Supervisor for Glass Coating (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

• You will ensure that everything runs smoothly during your shift in the coating system area.
• You will organize and monitor production on the coating line.
• You are responsible for ensuring that production is on schedule and that quality specifications are met.
• In the event of production downtime, you coordinate troubleshooting.
• You will be responsible for your shift (7 employees) and ensure optimal personnel scheduling in 4-shift operation.
• You have a high degree of security awareness, which you live and convey to your employees.
• You are open to change, have ideas for improvement and have a high degree of teamwork skills.
• You are responsible for the induction, qualification and coaching of your employees using our corporate culture
• You comply with the specified quality standards and occupational safety rules.

What you bring to the table:

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training, or have a technician or master craftsman degree as well as a strong technical understanding.
• You have relevant professional experience in production operations.
• You have already gained experience in employee management.
• You are willing to work in 4 shifts.
• You act independently, proactively and are an organizational talent.
• You have a high degree of assertiveness and very good communication skills.
• The safety of your employees is important to you.
