Das sind Ihre Aufgaben bei uns :

Als IT-Produktmanager betreuen Sie Applikationen und Projekte aus den Bereichen Human Resources . Sie nehmen insbesondere folgende Tätigkeiten wahr :

Die Verwaltung von existierenden IT-Anwendungen (z.B. : Zeiterfassung; Applikationen der Betriebsmedizin)

Die Analyse und Realisierung von neuen Kundenanforderungen

Sie sind der IT-Ansprechpartner für unsere internen Kunden und beraten die Fachbereiche bei IT-Themen.

Um Ihre Mission erfolgreich zu erfüllen werden Sie die Aktivitäten zwischen den wichtigsten IT-Stakeholdern koordinieren und die damit verbundene Kommunikation sicherstellen.

Produktstrategie und Roadmap : Definieren und implementieren Sie die Produktvision und -strategie für HR-Produkte. Entwickeln und pflegen Sie eine Produkt-Roadmap basierend auf Geschäftsprioritäten Markttrends Nutzerfeedback und der Konzernstrategie.

Anforderungserhebung : Arbeiten Sie eng mit HR-Interessengruppen zusammen um deren Bedürfnisse Herausforderungen und Chancen zu verstehen. Übersetzen Sie diese Erkenntnisse in klare detaillierte Produktanforderungen und User Stories.

Produktentwicklungs-Lebenszyklus : Managen Sie den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption bis zur Bereitstellung und der Analyse nach der Einführung. Dies beinhaltet die Zusammenarbeit mit Fach- Entwicklungs- und anderen Teams um eine zeitnahe und qualitativ hochwertige Lieferung zu gewährleisten.

Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern : Dienen Sie als primärer Ansprechpartner für alle HR-bezogenen Produktinitiativen in Donauwörth. Kommunizieren Sie Fortschritte Herausforderungen und Ergebnisse an Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens

Folgende Qualifikationen / Fähigkeiten bringen Sie mit :

Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in Informationsmanagement oder vergleichbar ist erforderlich

Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im IT-Bereich sind erforderlich

Deutsch : Verhandlungssicher and Englisch : Fortgeschritten

Kundenorientierung & Unternehmerisches Denken ist essentiell

Bereitstellung von Lösungen Produkt und Serviceplanung

Zielfokussierung Selbstständigkeit und Teamgeist sind wichtige Soft Skills für den Erfolg.

Grundkenntnisse in SQL sind von Vorteil

Your location

At our Donauwörth site located on the banks of the river Danube we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product. Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As IT Product Manager your role will be to secure in Human Resources perimeter :

the run activity of existing products (as Clocking system Health system)

and manage the new demands from these Customers

You will be the IT focal point and dedicated interface for our Customers.

To success in your mission you will have to coordinate activities between IT key stakeholders and manage the associated communication.

Product Strategy and Roadmap : Define and execute the product vision and strategy for HR products. Develop and maintain a product roadmap based on business priorities market trends user feedback and Group strategy.

Requirements Gathering : Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand their needs challenges and opportunities. Translate these insights into clear detailed product requirements and user stories.

Product Development Lifecycle : Manage the entire product lifecycle from design to deployment and post-deployment analysis. This includes working with functional development and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related product initiatives in Donauworth. Communicate progress challenges and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Collaboration with IT Teams : Work with architecture and security teams to ensure solutions are scalable secure and compliant with company standards. Coordinate with other IT product managers to manage dependencies and integrations between various internal systems.

Desired skills and qualifications

Bachelors degree in information management or comparable is required

A minimum of 5 years experience in IT domain is required

Fluent level in German language & Advanced level in English language

Customer focus & intrapreneurship thinking is essential

Solution Deployment Product & Service planning

Rigor autonomy and team spirit are major soft skills to success

Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage
