Job Description
We are on the lookout for a (Mid-Level) Software Engineer, Python - (Service, Logistics) (all genders) to join the Global Help Center Tech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
In order to achieve this goal, we are building our automations to provide self-resolution and actions for all customers using DeliveryHero brands worldwide.
Our mission is to create a seamless customer journey within the Help Center customer support in the App, ensuring a robust suite of diverse automation is available to swiftly address issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Provide a smooth automated self-resolution experience for customers worldwide using Delivery Hero brands
Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable Python-based multi-regional software solutions
Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications
Conducting code reviews, debugging, writing unit and integration tests, and performing a moderate amount of QA
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Python Developer, proficiency in FastAPI, Django, or other relevant frameworks with a minimum 3 years experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities
Proficient understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and data structures
Comfortable with REST APIs, micro-services, SQL & No-SQL
Experience with AWS services and containerization including Docker and Kubernetes is a big plus
