Project Developer
Project Developer Germany Developing 4GW annually
JD Ross works with an international company that is Europe's largest renewable energy producer. The company has stood for renewable energy for 125 years, where the first wind projects came over 20 years ago and the first solar projects over 10 years ago.
They will accelerate growth in onshore wind and solar energy and aim to develop 4 GW annually by 2030. Therefore, to support this growth, they are looking for an onshore wind project developer;
Your tasks :
- As the responsible project developer, you will lead your project team from project development to the start of the construction phase.
- You will control and monitor all necessary work packages and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
- You will communicate with relevant local actors (politicians, licensing authorities, energy suppliers, landowners and municipalities) and represent the project externally, but also internally.
- You will be responsible for the profitability of your projects on the basis of cost and revenue planning and will be supported by our commercial department.
- You will be able to identify and manage project risks at an early stage.
- You will be responsible for up-to-date documentation and reporting in your projects.
Your profile :
- University degree (ideally with a focus on science, technology or economics).
- You already have several years of experience in project development of onshore wind or solar projects in Germany.
- You are proficient in German
