Senior Business Analyst Local Shops Operations

We are on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Local Shops Global Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Be part of redefining how customers experience quick commerce. Youll help build technology that scales our nonfood offerings reaching new market segments and driving revenue growth. By innovating within our Quick Commerce Team youll make Delivery Hero the goto platform for a broad range of products helping us grow faster and deliver more value to customers around the world.

In this role you will

Work closely with the Local Shops Operations team to drive initiatives that have a direct revenue or cost impact

Support the decisionmaking process on crucial topics such as shops onboarding process quality and efficiency optimization initiatives.

Identify potential fields of improvement develop hypotheses and provide new insights with your analysis to further increase our operational efficiency

Work together with Delivery Heros central data team to translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decisionmakers to help regional managers improve Q commerce performance

Monitor and challenge business financial and functional performance and drive key OKRs working on different strategic analyses for specific regions

Support senior management with regular performance reports business modeling and other critical topics

Qualifications :

• You have at least 3 years (not counting internships) of working experience in an analytical role in consulting or strategic business development experience in ecommerce or tech is a plus

You have a datadriven person with a high degree of comfort with analytics numbers business modeling and the capability with creative problemsolving abilities and an eye for detail.

Strong SQL skills and knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau and / or Looker a strong plus

Program / Project Management experience to develop and maintain comprehensive project trackers to monitor progress identify potential risks and ensure alignment with project objectives.

You are a handson team player with good relationshipbuilding skills.

You possess excellent communication skills in English verbal and written; and are strong in senior management communication including creating insightful and impactful presentations.
