Tasks

As an intern within our dynamic team, you will :

• Play a pivotal role in the design and execution of company-wide learning initiatives, contributing to the strategic planning and coordination of these projects
• Engage in research to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in upskilling and reskilling, ensuring our learning programs remain state-of-the-art
• Facilitate and host interactive sessions and workshops, enriching the learning experience for participants and promoting a culture of continuous professional development
• Collaborate closely with team members to develop and refine peer-to-peer learning programs, fostering an environment of mutual growth and knowledge exchange
