Work as Working Student for Legal Templates Consolidation - HR

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Templates Consolidation Specialist to streamline and optimize our suite of HR legal agreement templates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for comparing multiple legal templates used in HR area, identifying and documenting differences and similarities, and tagging variable attributes and dynamic values. You will aggregate content from various documents to create consolidated templates, ensuring conditional clauses and attributes are clearly highlighted. This role requires familiarity with legal terminology, superior attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will take care to:

• Compare and analyse multiple legal agreement templates to identify differences and similarities
• Tag, annotate, and catalogue dynamic values and attributes within documents
• Aggregate clauses or entire documents to produce consolidated, standardized legal template versions
• Highlight conditional clauses and varying attributes to facilitate easy customization
• Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure compliance and usability
• Maintain thorough documentation of all changes and consolidation logic
• Ownership to assigned tasks and respect deadlines as part of a large project
• Active participation in testing activities

Aspects

What we look for:

• Experience working with legal agreements, templates, or contract documentation preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficiency with document comparison tools and/or contract lifecycle management systems a plus
• German language & legal terms in German
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Optional:

• Experience in legal operations, compliance, or a related field
• Familiarity with contract automation or document assembly technology
• Familiarity in using AI tools
