Ihr Alltag bei uns

  • Check In / Out nationaler und internationaler Business- und Freizeitgäste
  • Hilfestellung bei Wünschen, Reklamationen und touristischen Beratung
  • Bearbeitung aller Zimmerbuchungen unter Einhaltung der Hilton-Qualitätsstandards
  • Führen der Tageskasse und Erstellen des Tagesabschlusses

  • Berufsausbildung oder Erfahrung in der Hotellerie wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausreichend gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

    Your daily business

  • Check in / out of national and international business and leisure guests
  • Assistance with requests, complaints and tourist advice
  • Processing of all room bookings in compliance with Hilton quality standards
  • Managing the daily cash desk and preparing the daily closing statement

  • You will work in an international working atmosphere, with plenty of room for further training and improvement .
  • If you are new to the city and have not yet found accommodation, we will be happy to provide you with a hotel room f or a limited period  for a small fee.
  • In times of high demand, you will receive a  bonus if you fill in for other colleagues at our other hotel branches.

  • Professional training or experience in the hotel industry desirable
