Job Description
We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant for transformation projects with following key responsibilities :
- OCM Strategy : Apply the global OCM strategy tailored for the project, aligned with client executives.
- Change Management and Communication : Execute Change Management and Communication activities according to plan.
- Change Impact Assessment : Assess and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Stakeholder Management : Analyze and engage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
- Monitoring and Reporting : Monitor and report Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
- Collaboration : Work closely with all project members.
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in Change Management, ideally within IT projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German.Capable of simplifying complex information for diverse audiences.Proficient in MS Office; video editing skills are a plus.Willingness to travel as project demands require (approximately 1-2 times per month for 3-4 days).Additional Information
