To strengthen our team we are seeking a dedicated Head of Corporate Security & Chief Security Officer who will design and implement our global security strategy.

As the Chief Security Officer & Head of Corporate Security you will be the central point of contact for all security-related issues within and outside our company. You will develop the global security strategy implement it and ensure its continuous this role you will lead a global team of over 200 employees across all areas of corporate includes the global governance of regional security functions.

• Leadership and development of executives across multiple levels
• Management of Daimler Truck AGs global security strategy including alignment and continuous improvement
• Responsibility for the companys security policy aspects
• Advising the Board of Management Supervisory Board and management on security-related topics as well as acting as a negotiation partner with trade unions and works councils on security matters

- Overall responsibility for the core areas of the security organization:

- National and international security

- Emergency and crisis management investigations

- Prevention information and know-how protection

- Executive and event protection

- Site and facility security

- Security risk management

- Fire protection

- Security quality management

• Companys authorized security representative for official industrial classified information protection
• Central point of contact for Daimler Truck AG security matters with ministries security authorities associations and institutions at state federal and international levels

• Completed university degree (BA MBA MSc PhD) or completed specialized training (gD hD) in police military or non-police hazard prevention
• Several years of professional experience with security authorities or in similar roles
• Appointment as Security Officer in accordance with official classified information protection regulations
• International leadership experience and intercultural competence
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills (optional)
• Leadership and motivational abilities (optional)
• Exceptional resilience (optional)
• Willingness to participate in associations and committees
• Fluent German and English both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel
