Your responsibilities :
The Jobholder (d / f / m) will work as Customer Order Specialist.The Customer Order Fulfilment (COF)Hamburg is set-up in several Single Point of Contact (SPOC) groups composed of one Customer OrderManager (COM) and up to four Customer Order Specialists (COS). All of them act as SPOC towardstheir allocated customer portfolio. The COS is the primarily interface between the customer and theSatair internal material order handling process. They administer the complete customer order includinginitial receipt, sourcing at procurement, escalation, delivery followup and claim handling for Airbus andOEM parts.
- Responsibility for order processing, administration and management of material orders receivedfrom customers (airlines, maintenance and repair organizations (MROs), brokers and others)
- Facilitates material stock dispatch from global resources (warehouses, suppliers, vendors, etc.)
- Charged with material sourcing from Satair procurement and other business partners whichincludes constant monitoring and escalation
- Develops solutions and takes decisions to ensure on-time material delivery to meet customerexpectations
- Clarifies spares technical queries utilizing technical documentation and / or liaises withtechnical andengineering departments.
- Provides consistently high quality responses to all customer related requests for all materials andrelated services to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction
- Organize and conduct regular account meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, SatairAccount Directors, Airbus Customer Support Directors, Airbus Field Service Representatives andothers, to share information and keep a global view on your customers’ activity
