We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Group Financial Controller (m / f / d) to take responsibility for various key finance functions.

As Group Financial Controller you will play a crucial role at zvoove by being responsible for our Group consolidation and financial statements.

We expect you to have a deep understanding of financial processes and policies in an international environment.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the preparation of external financial statements to various stakeholders such as government, banks and shareholders
• Consolidation of subsidiary accounts into group financial reports and presentations for management and external stakeholders
• Sparring partner for our CFO
• Development and implementation of effective transfer pricing strategies
• Leading the consolidation process for all financial data from various subsidiaries and business units
• Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to minimize risks
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations, tax laws and international accounting standards
• Promoting the professional development of team members.
• Communicating with external auditors and authorities on audits and audit requests
• Tax planning and compliance for the group

Your profile

• Degree in finance, economics or a comparable qualification
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of group financial statements, transfer pricing and consolidation, ideally within an international technology environment
• Sound knowledge of national and international accounting standards
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex financial contexts
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Team-orientation and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
• High level of integrity and ethical behaviour
• Fluency in written and spoken English, very good German skills, Dutch is a plus
