For those who have military experience and auniversity degree or equivalent and have already led teams, we arelooking to hire you as managers to lead our Operations andLogistics teams.

We’re seeking experienced leaders tojoin our operations world. You’ll operate out of one of our dynamicFulfillment Centers or Logistic Centers. These sit at the heart ofAmazon’s world-class, rapidly growing business. They’re where wemanage our fast-moving inventory; they’re also where we developedour smart, industry-leading workflows.

You’ll deliverinspiring, supportive leadership for the teams you manage. But atthe same time, you don’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves andgetting involved whenever necessary.

You’ll be directlyresponsible for managing a big group of associates and potentiallyteam leads. Meanwhile, you will report to the senior leadership ofyour center. The quality of your leadership is key to success inthis role : you’ll motivate and inspire your teams to do their bestwork, while planning schedules and activities that balance theirneeds with that of the business.

Another key aspect ofyour role will be to lead on numerous process improvement projects,with the aim of streamlining all activities, both for yourself andthe team members you manage. The ideas, innovation and leaps out ofthe status quo that you come up with could very well be rolled outacross the Amazon network : this immense opportunity is yours forthe taking.
