Stellenbeschreibung

Mission

As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the prudential supervision of a portfolio of support PSFs. Support PSFs act as subcontractors for operational functions on behalf of financial professionals. They do not themselves carry out any financial activities (management or financing activities). The majority of them offer IT services in the broadest sense. Some support PSFs offer administrative services (back-office services), financial information reporting to investors or the storage of digital archives with probative value. As a result, the potential risks to which support PSFs expose their clients are more operational than financial in nature.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in Joint Examination Teams (JETs) for the supervision of critical third-party IT service providers (also known as CTPPs) established by the DORA Regulation on digital operational resilience in the financial sector.

  • Collaborating with other CSSF departments on transversal files and issues
  • Participating in meetings with representatives of support PFSs, external auditors and service providers
  • Contributing to the development of the regulatory framework and supervisory tools
  • Possible involvement in the supervision of CTPPs, with the possibility of joining Joint Examination Teams (JETs)

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the candidate must submit an extract from the criminal record (bulletin n°3), dated less than 2 months, in order to prove their conduct and integrity.
