We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Part-time Service Associate to join our team in Brunn/Gebirge, Austria. As a valued member of our service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our high standards of service.

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Take orders accurately and efficiently at the counter or drive-thru
• Prepare and serve ordered products with attention to quality and presentation
• Handle cash and credit transactions with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifikationen

• Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and service
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in German; additional languages are a plus
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Team player attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service
• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
